**TRAINING GUIDELINES – LIVE SESSIONS

1. Punctuality – Join the session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
2. Camera – Keep your camera ON throughout; exceptions require prior approval.
3. Environment – Attend from a quiet, distraction-free, and professional setting.
4. Active Participation – Engage in polls, questions, and discussions actively.
5. Be Present – Passive attendance is discouraged; stay mentally engaged.
6. No Multitasking – Avoid calls, emails, chats, or customer handling during the session.
7. Mobile Usage – Use your phone only for training-related activities.
8. VC Etiquette – Respect the speaker and fellow participants at all times.
9. Accountability – Participation and responses will be tracked.
10. Collective Effort – Training is a shared initiative; department representatives are encouraged to facilitate sessions within their domain.
